Image file location of Windows spotlight

 Try these location:

%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\CachedFiles

And

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets

(Rename the file with .jpg extension)
